Zebra Square believes that every event should be unique. Unlike regular halls and ballrooms, we have various spaces which are bare – meaning you can choose to customise and utilise the space accordingly. The location of Zebra Square, which is just within the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur but nestled in a cosy corner, ensures privacy, security and convenience – all of which are almost impossible to find in other event spaces.

Zebra Square has had the privilege of hosting various types of events from annual dinners and gala dinners, small private parties to huge weddings, launch of products from gadgets to automobiles. We continuously accept the challenge to host different types of events and we treat each event as an individual so no two events are alike.

As Zebra Square is strategically located just five minutes’ drive from Bukit Bintang, there are various hotels in the surrounding area. 5-star hotels such as ParkRoyal, Berjaya Times Square Hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton are all within 5km distance from Zebra Square.

Yes subject to proposal. We can arrange for a food-tasting session where our chef will prepare options within the cuisine type so you may select the dishes.

Yes, we will have a meeting with you and our chefs to discuss what menu would best suit your taste and event.

Zebra Square has a central kitchen and hence, we do not allow outside caterers unless on a special requirement basis such as a Celebrity Chef’s Demonstration. As for other vendors, such as sound system, you are not required to use any specific vendor. However, the vendors we recommend have significant prior experience working at Zebra Square and we are confident in recommending their services. They are also familiar with all of Zebra Square’s policies and procedures.

Yes, you may be represented by an event organiser. However, if you have not engaged a company to organise your event, Zebra Square has a panel of event experts who can assist you in planning your event.

Among the key points of our venue, is that we can create the ambience and setup according to what you want. At Zebra Square, there are also ample numbers of parking lots at the ground floor. You can be assured of security and privacy at our venue as it is an enclosed event space not made accessible to public, so you can enjoy your event in peace.

Yes, there will be an Event Manager from Zebra Square present for the duration of your event. The Event Manager will be there to direct any vendor questions, assist in creating a truly memorable event as well as to ensure venue-related programs run as smoothly as planned.

Spaces can only be accessed when clients have rented the space. If it has not been rented, it is closed and cannot be accessed.

There is no smoking allowed in any of the indoor spaces. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor terraces and open air areas adjacent at the entrance of Zebra Square. Ash trays are always stationed in these designated areas.

Yes, all of the main event spaces are fully accessible. Please be aware that the spaces on the first floor are only accessible by stairs.

Yes subject to availability and your specific requirements. There are a couple of rooms which may be used as VIP holding room, secretariat room or bridal room on a complimentary basis. We also have restrooms with shower facilities. Please speak to our event team for more details.

As a courtesy, we can put a “soft hold” on a date required. What this ensures is that should someone else inquire about your desired date, you will be given 24 hours to decide if you would like to move forward with your booking. After 24 hours the date will be released. A signed contract and deposit of 50% is required to hold a date. The remaining sum has to be paid by 7 days before the event. Please speak to our event team for more details, as we also operate on a first come first serve basis.

A deposit of 50% of the total sum is required to book the event date and space. The remaining 50% has to be paid 7 working days before the event.

We accept cash and cheque payments.
